Our 2026 APA Quad State Conference is fast approaching! We look forward to welcoming hundreds of planners to Kansas City to explore how we can shape tomorrow’s communities.
Interest in attending this conference has been phenomenal! Registration for the conference is now fully closed. Due to capacity limits, we will not be able to accept walk-in or on-site registrations. Thank you for your overwhelming support, and we look forward to seeing our registered attendees soon!

The Doctor Is In is a different kind of conference experience to help you address planning and work challenges in a 15-minute coaching conversation led by two planning professions whose credentials span public administration, architecture, historic preservation, land use planning, leading city planning agencies, and licensed counseling. These sessions can be scheduled on Wednesday from 9 AM to 2 PM and Thursday from 8:30-11 AM and 1:30-4:45 PM at the booth located in the sponsorship hall located in Century Ballroom A.
