Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the nation, but the noise that it can generate has been the cause of considerable controversy for local governments.  Come to the next KC-APA Section event on Thursday, August 22nd to learn more!  Speakers from Leawood and Overland Park will talk about both regulatory and site planning issues related to pickleball court locations.  For those who are interested, we will actually play pickleball after the presentation -- no experience necessary, we will teach you the basics if you have never played before!

Special Note:  If you would like to play, wear comfortable clothing (it could be hot) and tennis shoes.  We will have pickleball rackets, but if you have your own please bring it.
